癥狀：
在發(fā)出了一個'shutdown immediate' 之后，如果在一個小時之后還沒有執(zhí)行，oracle server 自動取消這個操作。
一條消息會出現(xiàn)在alert日志中：
SHUTDOWN: Active sessions prevent database close operation
不幸的是， 關閉所有 作為shutdown process 一部分的job queue slave進程 有額外的影響，
這個影響就是--任何在dba_jobs里邊的job都無法運行。
這回影響很大范圍的功能，比如統(tǒng)計信息收集，復制傳播，物化視圖刷新等等
原因：
這是期望的行為。一旦'shutdown' 命令被發(fā)出，shutdown 必須被執(zhí)行。
shutdown 過程不能回退。這是因為instance 在shutdown conceled后 不會live。
解決方案：
請執(zhí)行下面的步驟：
1. 若在DBA_JOBS_RUNNING中的job有相關的操作系統(tǒng)進程 依然存在，這些進程應該從os級別被kill掉
2.發(fā)出 shutdown immediate
3.監(jiān)控database 的alert log.如果新的'Shutdown: waiting for active calls to complete' 消息出現(xiàn)，執(zhí)行下面的：
shutdown abort
startup restrict
shutdown immediate
startup
推薦在abort database 之前，要有一個好的備份可用。
