相比小米 Mix Alpha、vivo APEX 與魅族 Zero 的激進(jìn)，華為就要穩(wěn)重許多了。

由于魅族 Zero、vivo APEX 與小米 Mix Alpha 都是概念機(jī)或少量出售，我們就看看最穩(wěn)重的量產(chǎn)機(jī)型：華為 Mate 30 Pro 上的虛擬音量鍵。

華為 Mate 30 Pro 使用了電容感應(yīng)的方案，也就是觸屏方案來解決虛擬按鍵的喚醒，整個(gè)手機(jī)上半部分的兩側(cè)都可以通過雙擊側(cè)邊喚醒音量調(diào)節(jié)功能。

對(duì)于這個(gè)功能，用戶的評(píng)價(jià)相當(dāng)兩極分化，每個(gè)不喜歡的理由，都會(huì)提到一個(gè)關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)：這顆虛擬按鍵的交互并不友好。

首先，就是操作的不直觀，并且是物理上的不直觀。

曾經(jīng)通過實(shí)體音量鍵，我們只需要一次按壓就可以完成的交互，在虛擬音量鍵上，我們需要三個(gè)動(dòng)作才能達(dá)成目的。

這些細(xì)節(jié)看似不起眼，影響卻是巨大的——使用手機(jī)的體驗(yàn)產(chǎn)生了阻塞，用戶需要頻頻轉(zhuǎn)移注意力，去解決虛擬按鍵的問題。

蘋果在早期的廣告中，有一句經(jīng)典臺(tái)詞，用以描述手機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)的簡(jiǎn)化與交互間的矛盾：

看來，讓交互保持簡(jiǎn)單這件事，比將手機(jī)做簡(jiǎn)單，要難太多了。

最后，是誤觸上的問題。

雖然華為已經(jīng)為這顆虛擬按鍵想盡了辦法做適配，為了防止誤觸，需要雙擊邊緣屏幕才能喚醒這個(gè)功能，但當(dāng)手機(jī)放在口袋里，或是重復(fù)更換握持動(dòng)作時(shí)，還是存在誤觸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

更難受的是，很多軟件的雙擊點(diǎn)贊功能，并未對(duì)虛擬音量鍵的喚醒做適配，于是用戶只能被迫「誤觸」點(diǎn)贊。

除了交互外，維修也存在相當(dāng)大的問題。

當(dāng)華為 Mate 30 Pro 的瀑布屏磕碰或滑落導(dǎo)致瀑布屏損壞，需要 1499 元的價(jià)格才能維修。

如果說只是成本的上升，那還勉強(qiáng)可以接受——蘋果的維修價(jià)格也從來不便宜。

但當(dāng)維修都充滿了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，就讓人很為難了。

在二手平臺(tái)上，我曾經(jīng)看到過幾臺(tái)小米 Mix Alpha，它們都處于一個(gè)「尸體」的狀態(tài)。

并非機(jī)身出現(xiàn)了任何問題，而是由于電池的故障，手機(jī)失去了能源的供應(yīng)，已經(jīng)無法開機(jī)了。

AI 的出現(xiàn)與硬件的發(fā)展，給無按鍵手機(jī)帶來了新的可能

手機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)策略的統(tǒng)一，幾乎將無按鍵手機(jī)已經(jīng)埋沒在了歷史中，人們轉(zhuǎn)向使用折疊結(jié)構(gòu)這樣的復(fù)雜的設(shè)計(jì)來追求手機(jī)更多的形態(tài)可能。

所以，在看到小米正在開發(fā)無按鍵手機(jī)的消息的時(shí)候，我相當(dāng)驚訝。

但轉(zhuǎn)念一想，AI 的發(fā)展與按鍵技術(shù)的進(jìn)步，也許已經(jīng)能夠幫我們解決一些痛點(diǎn)。

目前的 AI 對(duì)于人類自然語言的識(shí)別已經(jīng)空前強(qiáng)大，比如 Pixel 的 Gemini 助手已經(jīng)可以聯(lián)系上下文進(jìn)行理解，還能通過復(fù)雜的算力支持，在手機(jī)上實(shí)現(xiàn)更加智能的交互方式。

在這樣的算力支持下，智能手機(jī)出現(xiàn)了新的交互方式，通過麥克風(fēng)、攝像頭等傳感器，手機(jī)可以實(shí)時(shí)捕捉和理解用戶的意圖，知道我們想要做什么，從而主動(dòng)解決更多問題。

這給了一個(gè)干掉實(shí)體按鍵的可能。

同時(shí)，在 AI 的加持下，加強(qiáng)對(duì)于人類自然行為的識(shí)別，自然也不在話下。

華為很早就推出了用手勢(shì)隔空操作手機(jī)的功能，而通過 AI 深度學(xué)習(xí)，可以大幅度提高手機(jī)對(duì)于用戶的各種手勢(shì)動(dòng)作的識(shí)別，提供與物理按鍵類似甚至更豐富的功能體驗(yàn)。
