We'll walk you through how to reach this new land high above Dreamlight Valley, and show you how to use the new Royal Tool added to your arsenal. There's nothing you can't do with a bit of magic and help from your friends to save the Storybook Vale from the Neverafter.

How To Reach Storybook Vale

Before you can begin this quest, you must have completed the following quests

• The Dream Castle Quest
• Friendship Is Everything Quest
• Making Cents Of Things Quest
• Scrooge McDuck's Grand Reopening Quest
• Fishing Expedition Quest

Once you've met the following requirements, you can check your mailbox for a letter from the Lorekeeper. Collect the letter and head into the Dream Castle. Make your way up the staircase to the left, then enter the gate to the Stardust Port.

Inside, take the magical balloon to Storybook Vale. When you arrive, you'll find Merida surrounded

She tells you that magic has gone awry in Storybook Vale, and take you to meet the Lorekeeper. This magical book within the library is growing weaker by the minute, and it's up to you to help her!

How To Find The Royal Net

When the last of the Lorekeeper's magic wore out, a series of Snippets escaped and flooded the library. To help the Lorekeeper recover, you need to obtain the Royal Net tool. This tool is hidden beneath the library, concealed by a puzzle.

There are two chains you can interact with to rotate the rings on the floor, but one of them is obstructed. Head over to Merida's camp and take a look in her bag for a potion that will enable your pickaxe to break through the petrified wood.

You only need to break one or two to reach the chain, but feel free to collect the rest.

Activate the chains to create a portrait of Princess Aurora on the floor. When the portrait is complete, the Royal Net will emerge from the floor. Pick it up to start catching those pesky Snippets!

There are four immediately available. Run up to them with your net and swipe at them to collect them. Once you catch all four, return to Merida.

She remembers seeing more go into the separate wings of the library, so your work isn't done yet.

There are six more to catch, with three on each side of the library. Use your net to activate the spinning wheels to open the gates and enter the wings. Use your Royal Tools to navigate the library and catch the rest of the little paper birds.

Bring them all back to Merida, who gives you your next set of instructions to help restore the Lorekeeper's magic!

How To Rearrange Stories

Speak to the Lorekeeper, then select the option to rearrange stories.
