Frog Statues in Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma are small stone statues depicting a frog either solo or in larger groups that hand over recipes after performing a Dance of Bonds. This guide maps out every Frog Statue in the Spring Region, what's inside them, and how to get there. At the end of the guide, you'll know how to obtain each recipe for your collection. Each region contains a different number of statues and different obtaining methods. For the Spring Region, you will need to locate 25 Frog Statues to complete the area.

This guide is for the ground area of the Spring Region only. The Sky Islands within this region are counted as separate locations.

Frog Statues (Main Spring Region)

Frog Statue #1

The first Frog Statue you'll find is located slightly north of the Spring Village, pushed up against a square stone.

Frog Statue #2

This Frog Statue contains two recipes: Rolled Eggs and Sweet Rolled Eggs. The location is across the curve of the river, hidden behind a waterfall and on the other side of a fence that contains a treasure chest.

Frog Statue #3

This Frog Statue can be found on the far left of the Abandoned Shrine and contains the Grilled Onigiri Recipe, a commonly liked gift for certain in-game marriage candidates.

Frog Statue #4

This Frog Statue is located in the Abandoned Shrine, hidden in the right corner after Frog #4. This includes the Stone Sculpture Recipe that is used as decor around any of the four-season villages.

Frog Statue #5

The last Frog Statue in the Abandoned Shrine, this statue is smaller and seated on a bench, while also containing the Bench Recipe.

Frog Statue #6

This location has three Frog Statues huddled together against a hill and contains the Bonito Flake Onigiri Recipe.

Frog Statue #7

This Frog Statue is hidden in a cart and also contains the decorative Cart Recipe.

Frog Statue #8

This Frog Statue is seated in the pool of a waterfall and contains the decorative item recipe for the Wooden Mallet.

Frog Statue #9

This Frog Statue is enclosed between two wooden fences and contains the Onion Slices Recipe.

Frog Statue #10

This Frog Statue is out in the open and contains the decorative Rickety Fence Recipe.

Frog Statue #11

This smaller Frog Statue is found on a cluster of Wooden Crates and can be found with the decorative Wooden Crate Recipe as well.

Frog Statue #12

This Frog Statue is seated on a rock beside a large tree, beside a group of Oni guarded by a Colossal Oni nearby. Defeat the enemies and obtain the Iron Bracelet Recipe.

Frog Statue #13

This Frog Statue is hidden on an upper hill in a shaded tree area of the Spring Region and contains the decorative recipe for the Wooden Pail.

Frog Statue #14

This Frog Statue can only be reached after you progress the story to the Summer Region and receive the Sword Dance technique. This Frog holds recipes for the Potato Salad and Egg Salad.

Frog Statue #15

This Frog Statue is located on the water beneath a red gateway and contains the Curry Rice Recipe.

Frog Statue #16

This Frog Statue is located under a brown rocky overhang and contains the Stone Pillar Recipe.

Frog Statue #17

This Frog Statue is located between a group of dying trees that need purification. This statue contains the Apple Pie Recipe.

Frog Statue #18

This Frog Statue is hidden away on a narrow cliff and contains the two recipes for Roasted Tea Leaves and Relax Tea.

Frog Statue #19

This Frog Statue takes a different route to gather. You need to jump against the rock face it is seated on and spam the jump button to maneuver your way up to the statue, making sure you do not accidentally fall off the cliff on the right side. For your efforts, this statue contains the recipes for Soup Dumplings and Meat Dumplings.

For the Frog Statues here, you will need to advance the main story up to the Winter Region and obtain the sacred treasure of the Parasol to gain the power of gliding to reach the rest of the Frog Statues from this point forward.

Frog Statue #20

This Frog Statue can be found when you first land on the Islet location and includes the Meat n Potatoes Recipe.

Frog Statue #21

This Frog Statue is found north and to the left on the Islet, surrounded by wooden fencing, and contains the recipe for the weapon, the Veggieblade.

Frog Statue #22

This Frog Statue is found north of the Islet at the edge of a cliff and contains the Soldier's Proof Recipe.

Frog Statue #23

This Frog Statue is found in the southern area of the Islet within a hollowed tree trunk and contains the decorative recipe for the Spring Lantern.

Frog Statue #24

This cluster of Frog Statues contains the most recipes found in the Spring Region in one go. This statue gives you the Poison Remedy, Paralysis Remedy, Curse Remedy, Weakness Remedy, and Sleep Remedy Recipes, being one of the most important Frog Statues as it gives you a solution for a large portion of the status ailments in the game.

Frog Statue #25

The Final Frog Statue of the Spring Region can be found on the far right side of the Islet, hidden in a corner between large stone faces. This last statue contains the Marinated Octopus Recipe.
