Lighttpd high-performance web server v1.4.46

A lightweight web server that supports FastCGI, CGI, Auth, output compression, URL rewriting, Alias ??and other important functions. It has very low memory overhead, low CPU usage, good performance, and rich modules. Its static file responsiveness is much higher than Apache.

lighttpd v1.4.31 contains many important changes, fixing a segfault on the first HTTPS request, disabling mmap causing a crash when reading compressed files, etc.
