Correctly answering a question will reward you with seven Knowledge Points in Persona 5: The Phantom X. You can not skip these questions.
It's important to note, however, you will not receive this reward for any classroom question asked as part of the main storyline. Instead, you'll simply receive a compliment for answering correctly from the teacher. (Though I guess that's still pretty nice.) Keep in mind that it is possible to skip the questions corrected to the main storyline.
