Minecraft's third Golem, the Copper Golem, holds a unique spot as a passive mob with a specific function unlike most other mobs. This function isn't related to food, defense, or any kind of resource; rather, it is centered entirely around organization.
Copper Golems will collect items from Copper Chests and deliver them to regular chests that already contain the same type of item. These Golems can significantly reduce the time spent organizing your storage areas, offering a much simpler solution compared to previous methods.
How To Craft A Copper Golem
A Copper Golem is made by placing a carved pumpkin on top of a copper block. In total, this requires nine Copper blocks and one Pumpkin.
How To Use A Copper Golem
Copper Golems collect items from nearby Copper Chests and place them into regular Chests. They will move items from Copper Chests into regular Chests that already contain the same type of item. If a regular chest contains a different item, the Copper Golem will skip it and check the next one.
If a Chest is empty, the Copper Golem will place the item there.
They do not remember where they previously placed items, so if they pick up the same type of item again and start checking chests, they might place it in another empty chest if they encounter one first.
